Terms of Service

PAYMENT
all payments will be done through paypals invoice system
i will request a 30% upfront payment after initial small sketches have been delivered
and after the final drawing has been presented in a smaller size i will request the final payment (the other 70%)
and then send the full sized file once it goes through.

Once the job is done, i will not accept refunds.
Payments will be done in USD or CDN (prices listed on the commission page)

ARTIST
Unless otherwise agreed upon, i retain copyright over my work, which allows me to
distribute, reproduce or use the image for self promotion unless otherwise agreed upon

I cannot re-sell or make any more money off of the comissioned piece, this means that i cannot
sell prints merchandise or anything else based off of the piece

if you dont want me to share the commissioned peice online, just let me know and i will
respect your wishes

i do not own any existing ip or character i have been commissioned to create


i have the right to reject any comission for any reason.
i also have the right to re-use modify and resell
any rejected (by me or the commissioner) commissions at a later date

COMMISSIONER
You may use the Commissioned piece as a social media icon or other digital media so long as
proper credit is given to me and a link is provided to either my webpage or social media account

Please do not re-upload the commissioned peice on social media unless you get permission from me

You may NOT claim my works as your own.

THE COMMISSION PROCESS 

• Contact me via email at Ruckeysquad@gmail.com

 

• If i believe i can do your request i will reply to you with some early sketches  (just mostly poses stuff)

 

• if everything's good, i will ask for the 30% upfront payment and then get to work

 

• Once the main sketch is done i will send a thumbnail sized version  and check to see if theres any changes to be made, if everything's good ill continue

     (Changes in this stage are free)

• if everythings good ill proceed to do the lineart, and send a thumbnail sized version to you.  if i got something wrong, or if theres something you need to change let me know

 (Large changes will result in a charge at this point)

• if the linearts all good i will then colour and shade the piece and send the thumnail sized version to you, if everythings allright, we can proceed to payment

 (Large changes will result in a charge at this point)

• once everythings good ill send you an invoice on paypal for the full payment (the remaining 70%) once thats sorted out ill send you the full piece.

*1 changes that are needed because i forgot something in the original post/sketch changes are not charged
